RES Compensation Services provides professional and practical expertise in job evaluation and classification systems for bargaining unit positions and in organizational redesign strategies for twenty-three subscribers. The Compensation team collaborates with subscribing employers and fee-for-service partners making recommendations to ensure equitable compensation levels in the region based on comparability of duties, complexity, and scope of responsibility. Compensation Services also provide support in job evaluation disputes and, assists with organizational design approaches and job evaluation plan reviews.
